Please unblock package whois

Wheeze should really have fixes for these issues. The version currently 
in testing is totally broken for:
- 6to4 addresses (#699928)
- Korean domains
- Indonesian domains

The other changes are trivial.

All changes can be reviewed at 
https://github.com/rfc1036/whois/commits/master (please ignore the most 
recent changes, which are about version 5.0.24).
