Maybe refering to http://bugs.debian.org/704720 is better than to
refer to https://bugs.launchpad.net/tarantool/+bug/1018775. Then, OTOH
LP#1018775 refers to #704720 and vice versa, so it's definitely not a
big issue.

And I'd mention #704720 as the bug question in the changelog entry,
too.
