You've misinterpreted the ignore tag. The current freeze relates to
Wheezy and therefore, the bug is not marked as ignore for wheezy, it
was ignored at the time of the squeeze freeze. It would be RC if it was
still open but it has been closed. RC for the Wheezy release relates to
the package as in Wheezy, not Squeeze.

The maintainers and original submitter disagree. The bug is closed.

A single (closed) bug wouldn't be enough to get both packages updated
and the actual fix would need to have been identified anyway.

as unchanged.
