Hello release team,

Please unblock package bbdb/2.36-3. It is identical to 2.36-2, which
is in testing, except for a fix for an RC bug.

Bug#694417: bbdb: package installation creates /root/.gnupg/*

The problem was that the emacsen install-time byte compilation process
created this debris. The fix is a workaround causing the debris to be
created in a temporary directory where it can be safely deleted.
