Thanks for fixing the URL.

Apologies if I missed a pointer somewhere, but have upstream said 
they're happy applying the new license to 1.11.2? Unfortunately the fact 
that they've removed the terms for 1.11.3 doesn't automatically make the 
change apply retrospectively.
