Bug#680076: unblock: fonts-sil-padauk/2.80-1

I completely forgot about this. Sadly, this upload by Daniel Glassey
happened from outside of pkg-fonts SVN, I dunno why. The unblock
request came from me because I was pointed out by translators that the
2.80 version of the font has a much better rendering.

As Adam pointed, changes in the upstream part are huge and it's hard
for me to determine what I really should "fix".

I can certainly drop the unpacked wak copy that just seems to
be....crap. Indeed the entire "debian-src" directory could be dropped
from upstream tarball as it is useless for our purpose.

I'm more reluctant to touch at the test-suite directory. After all,
this is "only" a test suite and upstream probably just improved it.

Would dropping the useless debian-src directory be acceptable?
