Hi,

I'd love to have the more tested version, but that's (IMO unfortunately)
not the the rules we have in Debian during the freeze. I would love to
have some of my packages updated as well, but I know it would be refused
by the release team because of too many changes.

Besides this, it's not up to me to reply to this question, but up to the
release team. If you don't have an explicit agreement on upgrading to a
newer version of libvirt, then you simply shouldn't do it. So just talk
with them...
