my bad, I turned the binaries into dummy packages but did not change the
architecture from any to all, thus suddenly creating binaries on ia46.
I’ll ask ftp-master for removal of libghc-diagrams-{dev,prof} on ia46
and make sure the next upload has arch:all.

Thanks for the heads up here, indeed I forgot about haskell-dummy. I’ll
do a fixed upload right now; temporarily removing haskell-dummy from
testing is a good idea.
Except that I’m not sure what is the issue with:

I tried to fix this with "bts notfound 663470 0.10-3", maybe it helps.
