I guess we would like to get a fixed qt/kde stack on s390x first (which
should only need a few uploads, hello Pino). But I'm not sure of the
practical implications if we were to flip the switch right now?
I have some scripts to check uninstallability issues (diffing against
armel and s390x) and I guess we might need to get a few more packages
ready on those archs before we do that. But again, that depends on the
pratical implications above.
