Looks good to me. One remark though: 2.1.3-2+squeeze1 would be more
customary, so please use that instead. You might want to wait for a
confirmation from Adam, but I think you can upload once the version
number is fixed.

Why it's particularly interesting for this particular package: If you
have to perform several updates (be it through stable-proposed-updates
or security), you might reached 2.1.3-5 in 3 uploads, and that one would
be rejected since 2.1.3-4.1 is staying around in unstable due to
hurd-i386.

(I thought we ought to be using DEB_HOST_ARCH_OS for that? It probably
won't matter much anyway. And setting --host && --build should only
happen when you're cross compiling, see autotools-dev's README.Debian
or /usr/share/perl5/Debian/Debhelper/Buildsystem/autoconf.pm; I thought
I'd mention it anyway.)
