Hi,

I'd like to start the gobject-introspection transition. The chage is in the
gir/typelib file format. This involves every gir1.0-* package, but since the
package names have changed, I don't think everything needs to migrate
together, as the old gir1.0-* binaries can be kept around for a while until
everything is fixed, even if they are no longer built from any source.

Then plan is to upload gobject-introspection 0.10.2-1 to unstable, and then
all convert all the gir packages to the new format / package name. Most of
them are already done in experimental, so it would only mean uploading the
packages to unstable.

Since I maintain most of the gir1.0 packages (in pkg-gnome) I would do most
of the work when uploading gobject-introspection.

It's also relevant that dh_introspection has got stricter, now it will fail
if the git format doesn't match the package name (e.g. your package is gir1.0
but the format is 1.2). This is good since changing the format is like
changing a library ABI.

Please let me know when I can start the transition.

Thanks,
Emilio
