Unfortunately I don't think I have anything to comment here. I'm not a
regular user of atftpd, I just fixed (a part of) #598474 in order to
ease the release of squeeze.

I don't think that my patch has anything to do with this problem (it
should only impact the compilation under a FreeBSD kernel), while this
seems to be a problem also with Linux.
