The debdiff attached doesn't match what's in the archive, fwiw.
Fixing an RC bug is enough reason to unblock the package, if the changes
are ok (which is the case here). I added an unblock hint for
libsoap-lite-perl/0.712-2 and it will migrate during next britney's run.
(Please report a bug against release.debian.org with appropriate
usertags set for future unblock requests).
