Please unblock package jackeq, it's a translation-update only.
The changelog entry follows:

jackeq (0.4.1-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add German translation provided by Chris Leick (Closes: #583923).
  * Adopt 'dh $@ --with foo'-style for compatibility with debhelper 8.

The package only declares a debhelper compat level of 7, so that's
rather a no-op change to make right now.

Unblocked, in any case.
