Please unblock package seq24 0.9.0-3, it's a bugfix-only update (it contains a small patch taken from upstream's VCS).

* New maintainer (Closes: #547028), add myself to the Uploaders list.
* Add git-buildpackage config file.
* debian/patches/02-sched_param_memory_leaks.patch:

- Applied upstream.

I am adopting this to bring it under the Debian Multimedia Maintainers team's umbrella, I've also adjusted the Maintainer field and added the Vcs-* tags as per our spec [1].
