Please unblock package samba

Apart from a few debcofn translation updates, it includes the
following changes:

- the update-arch target in debian/rules was updated to avoid adding
extra spaces at each invocation (regex magic by Steve Langasek)

- backported an upstream fix for a "close to be RC" bug: Gnome VFS
clients can't copy files to share when SMB signing is used. This has
already been included in Ubuntu given the high number of impacted users
