Bug#604531: Unblock for debarchiver

I would like you to unblock the debarchiver package (version
0.9.6).

It has a mis-spelling in the control file (recomments instead
of recommends) making all the recommends totally useless.

I have uploaded a fix for that and I would like that to go into
next stable release.
