Please unblock package brltty

brltty (4.2-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/40-silence-offset-warning.patch: New patch to silence
permanent "input byte missing at offset 14" warnings on clio and esys
    devices, making the console unusable.

An actual fix exists upstream, but it's mostly a rewrite of a few
functions of the drivers, so I prefered to just avoid the symptoms by
lowering the loglevel of the messages. When people have troubles with
they braille device, they are taught to use -l debug anyway.
