Please unblock package flashybrid

This package includes an updated Spanish debconf translation and two
others unfuzzied (one fuzzy string because of a missing parenthesis in
the English templates).

The Maintainer field is also change to Debian QA as the package is
orphaned. Hence the package version number is bumped to 0.16.
