Hello, I uploaded encfs 1.7.2-1 about one week ago and there are now new bugs reported so far in our BTS and no relevant bugs in the upstream BTS. This is a new upstream version but the changeset is small enough for a review (see [1]) and it contains fixes for potential security problems in future (see [2] for various links). I personally don't consider them critical yet but we really shouldn't ship a weak version in a Stable release.
