As I was asked, it's not really a transition, it's just that packages
built against {2,3}.30.2 needs to run with {2,3}.30.2. So gtkhtml, eds,
evo and the depending packages which will be uploaded after my upload
should migrate together (well, not before, at least), and shlibs are set
to prevent breakage.
That especially means there's no rebuild needed.
