I've just sponsored an upload of python-django-djapian to fix #579903.

I've also noticed xappy now declares its dependency on python-xapian (it
didn't when I checked the reverse dependencies so I missed it).  I've checked
its code too and it looks fine for Xapian 1.2.

Xapian 1.0.20 packages are now in testing, so I think the other transitions are
now the only remaining blockers.

#580085 - looks like it needs someone with aptitude knowledge.
