moc doesn't need a binNMU. For compiling moc sucessful the binNMU's
of libvorbis-dev and friends without the uneeded .la files is
needed. If that is done moc compiles well, so what the hell we need
a binNMU of an application? The same seems to be with vlc, mplayer,
xmms2.... The fundus of Debian is infinitely ;-)
