It seems that on hppa flac which was uploaded shortly after the new
libogg was still built with the old one.

So flac needs to be binNMU'd and then (at least) vlc and moc given back.

nmu flac_1.2.1-2 . hppa . -m 'Rebuild to account for libogg.la removal'
dw vlc_1.0.1-1 . hppa . -m 'flac (>=1.2.1-2+b1)'
dw moc_1:2.5.0~alpha3+svn20090611-1+b1 . hppa . -m 'flac (>=1.2.1-2+b1)'
