Rebuild boost dependencies, remove boost 1.38

Hi,

In regards to my request to remove boost1.38 (bug #547447), we are now
in a position that all the packages that currently depend on boost1.38
(see list in referenced bug) should be rebuilt and boost1.38 can then
be removed.

Can this be scheduled?
