That said, it built everytwhere since some days:

  libicu42 | 4.2.1-2 | unstable | alpha, amd64, armel, hppa, hurd-i386, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
alpha, amd64, armel, hppa, hurd-i386, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc

On i386:

# grep-available -FDepends libicu40 -sSource | sort | uniq
Source: boost1.38
Source: dwdiff (1.4-1)
Source: firebird2.0
Source: icu
Source: mapnik
Source: msort (8.52-1)
Source: openoffice.org
Source: pyicu
Source: webkit
Source: yaz

Forget openoffice.org, gets a source upload anyway, and will pick up
a libicu42 dep then. And icu itself, obviously :-)

Others already got rebuilt due to source uploads:

# grep-available -FDepends libicu42 -sSource | sort | uniq
Source: boost1.39
Source: firebird2.1
Source: ibus-qt
Source: icu
Source: sword (1.6.0+dfsg-1)
Source: xerces-c
Source: xerces-c2
Source: xiphos (3.1.1-1)

Didn't check other archs yet.

Rene
