Okay, thanks for investigating both packages. Please upload libmtp8 to
unstable at your convenience, and file serious bugs against all packages
that need source changes (which are all of them AFAICS), plus banshee.

Once all bugs are closed, please let us know and we'll take care of
migrating it.
