Hi Luk,

what does this mean for the product lifecycle of Debian Lenny?

As outlined in #504747, Debian Lenny won't be able to edit GPT partition tables
without destroying the Boot Code in the DOS MBR, resulting in an unbootable
system for uninitiated users.

Given the fact that the D-I creates GPT partitions when it encounters
blockdevices >= 2TB and that 2TB disks are freely available by now I see trouble
on the horizon.
