Just uploaded and got the accepted email.
So here we are, please unblock texlive-extra 2007.dfsg.15-1, the
changes to the previous version .dfsg.14-1 (which has been unblocked but
not migrated to testing) are:
texlive-extra (2007.dfsg.15-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* upgrade bibleref to version from upstream which changes the license
to LPPL (Closes: #511843) RC->medium
