Please unblock kpowersave 0.7.3-3

Hi release team,

please consider unblocking kpowersave.
The important changes are

  * debian/patches/04-default_config.patch
    - Change ActionOnPowerButton to LOGOUT_DIALOG. Closes: #486512
    - Change ActionOnLidClose to SUSPEND2RAM.
  * debian/patches/05-battery_rescan.patch
    - Detect battery plug/unplug events. Closes: #470618, #481146
      Patch cherry picked from upstream svn.

Especially the battery rescan patch I consider quite important.

The complete changelog, admittedly, contains quite a few unrelated changes,
which unfortunately increases the noise of the debdiff. They are mostly because
I prepared them before the freeze and missed the full freeze date with the upload.

Good thing is, that this version has been cooking in unstable for almost 3 months.

Cheers,
Michael

For reference, the complete changelog is:

kpowersave (0.7.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/kpowersave.linda
    - Remove linda overrides file, linda is dead and has been removed from the
      archive.
  * Rename kpowersave.lintian to kpowersave.lintian-overrides. That way it is
    automatically installed by dh_lintian and we no longer need custom install
    rules.
  * debian/control
    - Bump Build-Depends on debhelper to >= 6.0.7 for dh_lintian.
    - Add Vcs-* fields.
    - Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0. No further changes.
    - Set the Debian KDE Extras Team as Maintainer and add myself to
      Uploaders.
  * debian/copyright
    - Update copyright notice and list of authors.
  * Switch to quilt for patch management.
  * debian/patches/04-default_config.patch
    - Change ActionOnPowerButton to LOGOUT_DIALOG. Closes: #486512
    - Change ActionOnLidClose to SUSPEND2RAM.
  * debian/patches/05-battery_rescan.patch
    - Detect battery plug/unplug events. Closes: #470618, #481146
      Patch cherry picked from upstream svn.
  * debian/README.Debian
    - Add instructions how to grant users access to the power management
      functions provided by HAL. Closes: #484248
