Please unblock asterisk 1.4.21.2~dfsg-3

Hi,

I just uploaded asterisk 1.4.21.2~dfsg-3, which fixes bug #507883 (RC)
and #505310. The latter is marked as important but pehraps it should be
bumped to grave, depending on the reproducability; the fix is safe
though, and that's why I pushed into this upload.

Urgency is set to medium, please unblock.
