I prepared and uploaded ncbi-tools6 6.1.20080302-4 shortly after
receiving your go-ahead; it has subsequently built without errors on
all architectures, and should be in shape to migrate in a couple more
days assuming that priorities still count for anything.  (Otherwise,
it'll be more like a week; regardless, the only obstacles are the
freeze and the general holding period.)

Could you please proceed to unblock it?
