Freeze exception: mcelog 0.8~pre-8

Hi,

mcelog 0.8~pre7 will fail to purge in some cases, which is a side
effect of having the postrm script set -e starting with that version.

This version fixes that by guarding the rmdir call appropriately.

Please unblock, changelog below:


mcelog (0.8~pre-8) unstable; urgency=low
  
  * debian/mcelog.postrm:
    + Check for /var/lib/mcelog existence, in case it's been removed by dpkg
      before postrm is run (closes: #507349).
