I think so after checking the source package.
Is it possible to do binNMU for testing-proposed-updates against testing?

I have checked http://wiki.debian.org/binNMU.
Is a following line enough for the request?

aptitude_0.4.11.10-1lenny1.1, Rebuild against testing fixes #503634, 1, i386
