The patch is specific to scim and shouldn't break reverse dependent
packages, at least not the ones I use (e.g. scim-pinyin).

I'd like to, though I think I should get more familiar with scim stuff
before being added. Will try to find some time for that, hopefully
around December :) Maybe join pkg-ime on alioth for now if OK, my
alioth account is manphiz-guest.
