Hi alpha and hppa porters,
insight FTBFS in testing:

Julien Cristau suggested that the buildds have an old version of
libc6(.1)-dev which needs to be updated. Fixing this issue would resolve an
RC bug (#494339).
I could not reproduce this FTBFS in albeniz's testing chroot and there do
not appear to be any readily available hppa boxes.
Could you take a look at this and--if possible--reschedule builds?
