Please hint yorick-gl for Lenny inclusion (RC bug fix, non-free package)

Dear release team,

I fixed an [1]RC bug in my non-free package [2]yorick-gl and would like to ask you to please allow version 1.1+cvs20070922-4 to get in Lenny. The fix is trivial. I have uploaded the binary packages for the three archs already in Lenny.

 [2] http://packages.debian.org/sid/yorick-gl

On another matter, I realized recently that the package was unnecessarily in non-free (it would be trivial to fix it to be DFSG free). I also would like to request an exception to allow this. I sent a request for that to debian-release@debian.org on Sept 3, not sure whether it was the right adress, so please find a copy of the request below.

Best regards, Thibaut.

Dear release managers,

I would like to request a freeze exception for [1]yorick-gl, in order to allow it to move from non-free to main.

yorick-gl has been in non-free for some time due to doubtful licensing of two files. While investigating the matter with upstream, it was noticed recently that these two files are indeed not used anymore. I would therefore like to be allowed to upload to unstable/main a revised version with these two files suppressed from .orig.tar.gz, that would be allowed to transition to Lenny after the usual 10 days. The changes I propose are:
 - remove two files from source tarball;
 - correct debian/copyright accordingly;
 - modify debian/control to move to main;
 - add changelog entry, appending +dfsg to upstream version string.

I would be grateful if you could take my request into consideration.

Best regards, Thibaut Paumard.
