Thaw cryptcat for lenny

Hello there,

I think thawing cryptcat for lenny should be fine, as I have not
added any functionality on fixed debianism and allowed for
-nostrip to make sense.

 cryptcat  (20031202-4) unstable; urgency=low

   * Removed "-s" in original Makefile to accomodate
     DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip (closes: #436674)
   * Corrected typo in standards definition.
   * Corrected clean-target in debian/rules
   * Explained why I won't upgrade to newer upstream version in
     README.Debian (closes: #390033)
