liferea freeze exemption request
I'm seeking aproval for uploading liferea 1.4.18 to unstable, for
propagation to lenny. This upload would close #487927 and #493365, both
of which are important.
The diff from 1.4.16b, present currently in the archive is large because
upstream stopped shipping generated intltool files. Apart from that, the
chages are almost only the fixes for those bugs, which makes backporting
them unadvised.
The upload would be made over the next weekend.
