Hello,

could you please unblock scons 1.0.0-1, recently uploaded to unstable?
Delta from 0.98.5-1 in testing is limited to documentation issues (as
you can see in upstream announce at [1]) and code itself is not touched
at all (only a minor fix in Action.py), so I think it's safe to have
SCons final release in Lenny.
