sim: 0.9.5~svn20080806-1 freeze exception request

Hello,

We have uploaded new version of sim package to unstable.
The uploaded version (0.9.5~svn20080806-1) is new new upstream version
(#420095 [1]) and contains RC bugfixes.
Most important changelog entries are:

   * Replaced sounds and icons with unclear licensing with GPL ones.
     (Closes: #386570) [1]
   * New rules allow double compilation (Closes: #489898) [2]
   * Fixed bashism in debian/rules (Closes: #484436)

Please allow the package to transition to testing.
