This is an udeb-only package that hasn't been dinstalled yet. I will
migrate it after the 20 UTC dinstall, which means it'll be in testing
with tomorrow's first dinstall, same as win32-loader.

P.S.: Please indicate which of the requested packages are udeb-only,
since they are handled differently and it's not always obvious to me
from the name that they are.
