Exactly.

I don't. See above.
I mention that powerpc needs +b2 and the rest +b1 (as ppc already has a +b1
there).
As openoffice.org-voikko just now is only enabled for those 4 archs (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=472815) we don't need
bin-NMUs on other archs than the 4 (i386, powerpc, amd64, sparc)
mentioned above.
