It looks like gnome-sharp2 depended on (>= 2.10.2), not (>= 2.10.1); does it
still need binNMUed?

And the packages that depend on libglib2.0-cil (>= 2.10.2) have arch: all
packages built from the same source which have the same dependency - do
those packages also need to be rebuilt?  If so, these packages need
sourceful uploads, not binNMUs.
