gtimer rebuild for stable

There is an odd problem with the gtimer binary in stable that causes one
of the pop-up dialog boxes to not present a menu that it's supposed to
present.  This problem apparently only happens with the AMD64 build (or at
least the x86 build is fine).

The bug reporter has confirmed that simply rebuilding gtimer from source
on a stable system fixes this problem.

I'm not sure what the root of the problem is, but that seems like a simple
fix.  Would it be possible to schedule a rebuild of gtimer in stable for
amd64 and queue it for the next point release?
