libcdio6 to libcdio7 transition. Possibly affected packages:
| fuseiso9660
| gstreamer0.10-plugins-good
| libdevice-cdio-perl
| mednafen
| vlc
| vlc-nox
| xmms2-plugin-cdda

Looks like there are libcdio-dev only there and no libcdioN-dev, so a
binNMU should be OK (although I didn't check there were binNMU-safe).

Putting -release in the loop…
