Scheduled for each of these.  Also picked up by a Packages search were ekiga
and opal, so I've gone ahead and scheduled binNMUs for these as well; I know
that opal was FTBFS on the three archs in question, but it looks to me like
it's worth another shot with the new version of pwlib.

Yes, these packages and gnugk have each been updated and now build-depend on
an openh323 -dev package that is not yet available on any archs but i386, so
skipped.

Hmm, asterisk is current on all archs except for sparc, and needs a binNMU
on ia64 after all, so scheduled for that arch all the same.
