In this particular round of Java package removals, no one asked us to do
so, but the broken Java toolchain on hppa makes them completely
unbuildable.
I don't believe I've heard a time estimate from the hppa porters on when
either Java, NPTL, or BDB asm mutexes are going to be fixed.
