AFAICS, gsl doesn't migrate to testing because:
- asymptote isn't built on mipsel and powerpc (it's waiting on fftw3)
- qtiplot isn't built on all architectures, and is waiting on qt4-x11
anyway
- snd needs to replace its versioned build-dep on fftw3-dev with a
build-dep on libfftw3-dev (Bug#445794)
