emdebian-tools needs the updated version of debootstrap to create a usable Emdebian root filesystem so for emdebian-tools 0.5.0 to enter testing, debootstrap >= 1.0.4 needs to be in testing. Is there a particular reason why debootstrap is still frozen after Etch? Can it be unfrozen, please? emdebian-tools 0.5.0 includes some important fixes for bugs in <= 0.4.0.
